What is the recommended dosage?
Each serving is 1 x 15ml dose. Black Nectar does not need to be taken daily or before every intimate encounter.

For general use, it can be taken every 72 hours. If preferred, it may also be taken every 48 hours.

If intercourse is not regular (for example, less than twice per week), it may be taken as a single 15ml dose per intimate encounter, ensuring there is a minimum of 48 hours between servings.

How long will a 200ml bottle last?

A 200ml bottle contains approximately 13 x 15ml servings.

• For vitality use every 72 hours, one bottle can last approximately 39 days

If used more frequently (e.g. every 48 hours), the duration will naturally be shorter. Actual usage may vary depending on individual serving patterns.
